The Miner Building is a beautiful commercial property with plenty of history! Opened in 1925 as Eugene’s tallest building, the Miner building hosts dozens of Eugene’s small businesses. In 2016, the Miner building was renovated and Third Generation Painting Company was hired for historic preservation and painting services.
University of Oregon | Eugene, OR
A historic building on the University of Oregon campus, Gerlinger Hall was opened in 1921 and hosts one of UO’s few remaining historic interiors. Historic preservation projects are particularly complex and rare, and in this case, required lead paint abatement. We loved being a part of honoring the history and beauty of this unique structure and helping to ensure the safety of all those who pass through its halls.

The Mo is a multi-use practice facility for the University of Oregon athletics program (the first indoor practice facility in the Pac-12). It spans a height of 70 feet and includes a full-length football surface, a running track, retail spaces, batting cages, driving range, catering services, a medical treatment center, meeting and storage facilities, an indoor tailgate space that holds up to 5,000 fans, and an athlete lounge. One of our favorite industrial painting/public works projects of all time, there’s really nothing more to be said except GO DUCKS!
